Job Description

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
  • Keep records of calls and transactions and record useful information.
  • Build and maintain a database of past and prospective clients.
  • Support Marketing & Sales Director in establishing meetings and developing proposals for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and initiate leads.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to open new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing with terms and conditions.
  • Develops clear and reasonable written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.


Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales Microsoft  erp products .
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • Having a car is a plus. 
  • Should have Strong knowledge in Sales techniques.
